PISTON-PUNCH 0.5 STARTS

0.5 has a different Slingshot Start + Cold Start system then 1.0 - 2.0 - 3.0 or 4.0 yet may utilize 3.0 variables

No Pistons if or sheets if or boxer syringes to engage

Your just getting the remaining air that remains from idle storage in the wind tunnel back up to full air compression cycle capacity to filter through with recirculation & additives

As the two air-tanks sit parked idle air which is trapped could sea lightly & has to be regenerated back in so the Slingshot Start or Cold Start replenishes then air into air storage is replaced if not already full & ready which can assist in process then refill while Slingshot Start & Cold Starts recharge once disengaged

0.5 is easiest yet not as affective for specific applications & best suited for automotive while others can also. 0.5 sees less part replacement as 1.0 - 2.0 use seals & more moving parts & act like a Jet while 0.5 has a Jet like effort integrated in a simple system

Wind Tunnel - Air Storage - Motors. Start & Stop system. Emergency Safety System

The Wind Tunnel replaces Fossil Fuels. Gasoline - Diesel. Instant charge. Perpetual. You can meter per kilometre or mile if required & Tier

What Piston-Punch Is:

https://sydneysspacelive.blogspot.com/2025/06/cm-piston-punch-energy.html

Air-Compression Storage is not a Battery yet is important for the Wind Tunnel + Air Motor variables separate from EV Motors while EV Electric Battery Energy storage in Switch-back form is not required & preferred for Stationary Energy plants

QUIET & SAFER

Wind Tunnels with low cost exo-skeleton & insulators then heat sinks with the Emergency Safety System are quiet with almost or full noise cancelling properties yet simulated valve sequencing can create sound & slight performance increases

Can insinualtors determine if you hear components otherwise close to silent

C/M EXPERIMENT SCALING RC BRUSHLESS

Unlike axial, radial or raxial flux motors like capacitors. Flux capacitors!!!

Back to Future... and back at it

Exterior exo-casings in full size with round or square rectangular exterior for placement in a Motion or Stationary design utilizing a standard brushed perspective in stock 27 turn or down to 11 or under if not up to 27 just brushless

Brushless 3650 (36mm diameter, 50mm long) are typically choice scaled up for EV Electric motors over axial or radial if not raxial flux with advanced volt conversion then Switch-Back Air Motors hovering on equivalency with HP (Horespower) - TQ (Torque) then weight - to - strength ratios & material choice voiding rare earth materials for substitute equivalence working around market pricing fluctuations

36mm diameter and the "50" indicates 50mm length

36 scaled up * 10 = 360mm
50 scaled up * 10 = 500mm

360 millimetres = 1 foot 2.173 inches (1.3 ft)
500 millimetres = 1 feet 7.685 inches (1.8 ft)

With width at 1ft 8" - length of 2ft then height of 1ft 8" we have a rectangular box with all Emergency safety features integrated & EV motor slightly bigger than axial, radial & raxial flux for the larger main EV motor while Air motors are to be the same size

Scaled up full-size

Smaller motors can fit for other features at under 1 ft & under 1.2 ft separate from 1.3 - 1.8 ft BrushBrushless main motors delivering us 200-1200+ HP between EV - Air Switch-Back motors yet we can double or triple + with 4-8 sets of EV - Air Switch-Back motor's integrated

Exo-casing for the Emergency Extinguish system requirements equal a 1.5-1.8 ft wide by 2 ft long box to house the motor then wiring in with safety system for bolt conversion transfer. Volt to amp & kilowatt to micro-transformer in as required for control separate from Air motors generated from Piston-Punch Wind Tunnels + Air Compression storage in a 3+ motor Switch-Back lay-up

Light, low maintenance. Low cost & high performance with efficiency & reliability

A 1/10 scale RC car motor, often a 540 or 550 size, typically has a diameter of 36mm. The length varies, with 540 motors being around 50mm long and 550 motors being about 10mm longer at 60mm. These motors can be either brushed or brushless, with brushless motors being increasingly popular for their efficiency and power.

Key Specifications:

Diameter: 36mm.

Length: 540 motors are approximately 50mm, while 550 motors are around 60mm.

Shaft Diameter: Typically 3.175mm (1/8 inch).

Voltage: Varies, but commonly 7.4V (2S LiPo) or 11.1V (3S LiPo).

KV Rating: (Revolutions per Volt) indicates motor speed, with higher KV for higher speeds and lower for more torque.

Turns (T): (For brushed motors) Lower turn counts mean more speed and less torque; higher turn counts mean more torque and less speed.

Motor Type: Brushed or brushless, with brushless being the more modern and efficient option.

Waterproofness: Some motors are waterproof or water-resistant, which is useful for all-weather driving.

Number of Poles: Brushless motors can be 2-pole, 4-pole, or even 6-pole. 4-pole motors are common for 1/10 scale brushless systems.

Connector: Usually 3.5mm gold connectors.

Examples of 1/10 scale motors:

540 Size:

Many 1/10 scale cars and trucks use 540-size motors, which are 36mm in diameter and 50mm long.

550 Size:

Some 1/10 scale vehicles, especially those designed for more power or heavier loads, may use 550 motors, which are the same diameter but longer (around 60mm).

Brushless Motors:

Brushless motors like the 3650 (36mm diameter, 50mm long) are also popular choices for 1/10 scale vehicles.

Axial - Radial - Radial Flux motors are compact, thin & lightweight yet Brushless is as attractive to C/M like equivalent Air-Motors for Switch-Backs

We can do Supersonic - Hypersonic missiles & aircraft from C/M Piston-Punch Perpetual Wind Tunnels

The advanced wireless anti-jammers & clip-on accessories so to speak with advanced stealth - ghost material exist yet a one-night in scalable size then more traditional forms work well

CONVERSION + DIGITAL - PHYSICAL MANUAL MONITORING

Converting horsepower to torque in brushed turn perspective... like 27 stock down to 11 or less & upward then electronic speed plus performance mapping with transmission simulation factors linear to climatic & sequenced power banding options

Slow + a linear punch then controls for aceleration - deceleration & idle generating then up or downhill grades plus top speeds

Difference from. 0-60 in under 1-3 or under 5-8 seconds in aceleration then safe equivalent braking with brake debris collection + reverse air braking *& engine braking

Performance controls for size - weight & requirements in smaller & larger scale designs especially with automotive & marine

CALCULATIONS

Calculating Horsepower HP & Torque TQ using Brushless 27 Turn stock as a starting point down to 11 or below or upward to 27

The phrase "27 turn" likely refers to the number of revolutions of an engine's crankshaft. Without knowing the engine's speed (RPM) and torque, it's impossible to convert "27 turn" into horsepower (hp) and torque (lb-ft). Horsepower and torque are related through the engine's RPM, as horsepower is calculated by multiplying torque by RPM and dividing by 5252.

Here's why you need more information:

Torque

is a measure of rotational force, often expressed in pound-feet (lb-ft). It represents the engine's ability to do work.

Horsepower

is a measure of power, calculated from torque and engine speed. It indicates how quickly the engine can perform that work.

RPM

(revolutions per minute) is the rotational speed of the engine's crankshaft. It's a crucial factor in calculating horsepower from torque.

Example:

If an engine produces 300 lb-ft of torque at 4000 RPM, the horsepower can be calculated as follows:

Horsepower = (Torque * RPM) / 5252 = (300 lb-ft * 4000 RPM) / 5252 = 228.48 hp

In summary: To convert "27 turn" into horsepower and torque, you need to know the engine's speed (RPM) at which those 27 turns occur, and you need to know the torque produced at that specific RPM.

C/M can crank out 200 or less down to 5 or to 300, 600, 800, 1200, 2000 or 5000 & 10,000 plus yet we require more than one EV motor to accomplish over 900 HP & Torque levels just above in an EV or Air Motor utilizing Switch-Backs with Air being slightly less in numbers with accumulative features based on options
