A compressed jet-tunnel design with valve controls using an advanced mechanically designed perpetual effort we then add mach nozzles & Energy Yield additives which release air into different chambers in the air motor which then winds a resource free effort creating different gyrating motion & natural magnetism efforts without magnets to spin the motor in different turns you can cycle through then release onto the main axel with partial automated controls 

An electronic speed regulatory control effort allows for circulation & recirculation then air additives 

This effort allows a similar compact motor with internals for Air-Only & or for an EV-Air Switch-Back system 

With this like C/M Air-Motor 1.0 - 1.5 designs the 2.1 Air-Motor can achieve equivalent horsepower & torque levels between 5-600 with some over 800 HP

An air flow routing to fill CAES Air Storage then release options before Wind-Tunnel with Mach Nozzles & separate routing direct to Wind-Tunnel with Mach Nozzles

This effort into the Air-Motor allows incredibly high pressures to build then release in stage chambers into the air motor fir direct axel & a wound system with performance controls within that can engage or disengage increasing or decreasing horsepower & torque

High pressure in & building pressure with almost instant refilling while CAES Air Storage deals with time lag under 1 second at 5-25 milliseconds for refilling then the storage is refilled with multiple purge extinguish valves separate from any 0.5 Piston-Punch Air EV Electrical Electricity Generation directed in volts to the EV Motor & EV Battery is not utilized

The weight of object then performance requirements + ability to slow (engine braking using a reverse pressure valve versus forward
